A leading Logistics Distribution business are looking to recruit a day operations supervisor to support the recent and future growth of one of their largest hubs.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Financial management reporting and control.
Expected to deliver service excellence whilst working closely alongside the Customer Service, Sales and Management Teams.
This will be absolutely key to ensuring the depot continues to improve its market share and deliver the depot and Company strategy.
Working hours will be 04.30 working Monday to Friday.
Hours of work will be 45 per week however flexibility with working patterns will be required as hours are variable in order to cover busy periods and some weekend working.
You must be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism and have a proven ability to motivate and manage a team of people to prescribed timelines.
The ability to identify, coach and mentor individuals that are potential leaders for the future is a pre requisite.
Be a team player.
Excellent communication and leadership skills is essential.
