Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a Network Sales & Operations Manager on behalf of rapidly growing, extremely technology focused logistics business.

Your Mission:
Reporting directly into the UK Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Network Sales & Operations Team, overseeing all business development and management activities across the Group.
You will be responsible for ensuring the team supports franchisees in achieving business performance targets, operational excellence, and sales growth across the brands.
Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to achieve departmental and company goals, measuring against key business KPIs.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support team members’ professional development.
Delegate tasks and manage workloads to ensure efficient and effective support for the franchise network.
Facilitate team meetings to foster a collaborative and communicative environment.
Contribute to the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
Franchise Network Management:
Define and monitor the business objectives of franchisees by reviewing budgets and P&L statements to increase network profitability.
Develop and execute an annual store visit plan to provide direct support to the network on operational and sales activities.
Analyse and monitor sales and market data to ensure the sales force is effectively addressing established targets.
Negotiate and manage framework agreements with commercial partners, resolving any operational challenges related to the services.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to launch new services and products, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue growth.
Partner with the Learning & Development Department to develop the managerial and sales skills of franchisees, demonstrating a coaching and motivational approach.
Organise and facilitate franchisee events, including conventions, seminars, and area meetings.
Utilisation of their project management dashboard.
5+ years of experience in a similar position with a clear track record of managing direct or indirect sales networks.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
Excellent Project Management, negotiation and communication skills.
Able to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong, mutually-beneficial relationships.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and direction.
Analytical competence to work with large data sets and retrieve useful information.
Advanced to expert user of Excel.
Strong business acumen and ability to commercialise new services.
Proficient in MAC OS and Google Suite of applications.
Available to travel as required.
Remote Working Policy: Hybrid but business travel will be required.
