Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for 2 Inside Sales Representatives, on behalf of a rapidly growing, globally renowned logistics brand offering multi carrier shipping solutions.
These are hybrid role – 3 days per week in the Accrington office, 2 days a week from home.
Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to commence the search.

£32,000 basic salary, plus 10% of all GP generated for 12 months of your account trading, 21 days holiday plus statutory, pension and dedicated flight path and training towards becoming an external sales professional.

They are now on the lookout for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to help grow their client base and build lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online channels.
Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of prospects using the CRM system.
Present our clients portal and services to prospective clients through virtual demos.
Close new business and hit monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date on courier industry trends.
Work closely with the Marketing, operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Proven experience in a B2B inside sales role (logistics and service industry preferred with experience of International and Domestic markets across B2B, E-Commerce, Parcel and Freight)
Degree qualified.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools, such as Zint.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger for success.
