Your Mission:

As Head of Product, you will be our clients first dedicated product leader. You will own the entire product vision, strategy, and roadmap across every surface of their network — from the consumer PUDO experience and carrier-facing driver app, to the partner API layer and internal operations tooling.
You will be the connective tissue between the operational tech stack and our clients commercial product ambitions, translating business goals into a clear, executable roadmap and working across engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ship it.

What You Will Own:

PUDO Network Product:
Coverage automation: real-time syncing of shop locations and carrier coverage via API.
PUDO partner tooling: onboarding, shop management, and location data feeds.
Consumer-facing experience: parcel drop-off, tracking, and confirmation flows.

Carrier & Driver App:
Parcel-level scanning enablement across the driver app.
Proof-of-delivery product: roadmap for ML-based POD validation.
Exception and triage flows for failed scans and missed pickups.

Cross-Border Product:
US-UK and UK-US outbound product: T11 customs workflow, duty pre-payment, gateway routing.
Station onboarding tooling for ORD, LAX, DFW, and MIA expansion markets.
Cross-border SLA and compliance product requirements.

Partner & Commercial Tooling:
Client-facing dashboards: SLA performance, coverage reporting, exception visibility.
Contract and rate card tooling: volume minimums, pricing tiers, and commercials reporting.
API integration: Dashboards, PUDO feed, coverage automation, and data exchange.

Reporting Structure:
This role operates with a dual reporting structure:
Solid line into the board from a commercial accountability, growth roadmap, and day-to-day prioritisation perspective.
Dotted line into the CPO around technical alignment, platform integration, and engineering resource coordination.

Skills and experience required

7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role.

Background in logistics, last mile, marketplace, or supply chain technology.

Familiarity with cross-border, customs, or international shipping workflows is desirable.

Proven track record of owning a product from 0-to-1 through scale.

Experience working with APIs, carrier integrations, or logistics data platforms.

Skills & Attributes:

Exceptionally strong communicator – ability to align operations, engineering, and commercial stakeholders in the same room.
Comfortable in ambiguity – Our client is early in their journey, and the roadmap will evolve fast.
Data-driven: you define success metrics before you ship and track them rigorously.
Hands-on: you are not above writing a spec, joining a driver route, or pulling a coverage report.
Commercial instinct: you understand unit economics, contract terms, and what it means to build a commercially viable product.
