Your Mission:
International Strategy Development and the execution of a multi-year international growth strategy aligned to enterprise objectives
Business Consolidation, Improved integration, standardisation, and performance of existing Australia and China international operations.
You will be responsible for leading and growing our clients International Express business with full accountability for consolidating and optimising the existing international portfolio, establishing a clear international growth strategy, and driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth aligned to the organisation’s strategic and financial objectives.
This role provides strategic leadership across international operations, commercial performance, customer growth, and market expansion while ensuring safe, compliant, and customer-focused operations. You will identify and execute growth opportunities, strengthen cross-border capabilities, and build a scalable operating model to support long-term international expansion.
