Scope of the Role:
To provide efficient and effective business information support within a team environment and play an active role in ensuring the ongoing business continuity requirements for the company are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising invoices to UK based retail customers and worldwide stations to suit billing periods as required.
Verifying accuracy of the invoices before posting to the accounts software.
Data entry and running of daily/weekly reports.
Resolving queries that may arise from invoices raised and raising credit notes as required.
Opening new accounts and entering tariffs and bespoke rates.
Covering banking roles for absence and holidays.
Assisting other members of the department where required.
General office duties as and when required.
Computer literate.
Degree in Finance/Accounting.
Good communication skills.
Works well as part of a team, with a high attention to detail.
Good Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
Knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting package would be desirable.
