Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for an entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to contribute to our clients growth in Germany!

This is an amazing opportunity for a proven sales/business development professional to join an extremely rapidly growing, super innovative eCommerce distribution business who are renowned for being one of the most respected postal service providers in Europe and who offer postal and distribution solutions in 192 countries. You will be instrumental in helping to expand and develop a global company in Germany. You can expect short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies.
40,000 – 50,000 euros basic salary (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission structure, company car, 30 days holiday plus statutory, company pension scheme and excellent opportunities for career development and progression towards Management.
Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to commence the initial search.

Key Responsibilities:
Nationwide acquisition of new customers, primarily in Cross border, e-commerce.
Identification and evaluation of market potential.
Business development projects in direct cooperation with the Managing Director.
Presentation of customer orientated solutions to technical and management level.
Confident in prospecting for new business via multiple channels.
Presentation of customer-oriented solutions to specialist and management levels.
Creation and negotiation of offers and contracts.
Implementation of the customer’s technical requirements in close coordination with our clients HQ in Stockholm.
Priority focus on the Rhein-Main sales area progressing then to Nationwide.
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales and field service.
A proven track record of success selling in the logistics/parcel or postal sectors.
Confident and personable demeanour when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Team player with the ability to also work well autonomously.
The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and to run several projects simultaneously.
Confident working with MS Office programmes (MS Dynamics would be advantageous.)
Strong command of the English language.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
An eye for detail to ensure you are working in a compliant/safe manner.
