Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a number of hungry, tenacious, Business Managers Nationally, on behalf of a rapidly growing, extremely innovative domestic and international parcel delivery business.

These roles are offering extremely competitive basic salaries, uncapped commissions, a £6,000 car allowance, package and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

Scope of the Role:

Delivering on our clients continued growth in e-commerce, with the ability to sell all Group products. Full training will be provided during your induction and further training will be given throughout the course of your employment with our client, to assist in progressing your career with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with our clients telesales team to identify new business opportunities in the domestic and international e-commerce and mail space, cross selling all services (a range of tracked and untracked services available) and achieving minimum agreed margins.

Supported by telesales, you will be expected to attend a minimum of 9 face to face new business meetings per week to achieve target.

Self-generating sales leads to achieve the weekly call target in addition to being provided appointments generated by the very successful internal telesales team.

Producing regular sales reports and pipeline activity reports via Salesforce.

Strategically identifying new sectors/ opportunities to sell into.

Assisting with other sales related tasks and projects within the business as required.

Skills and experience required

Proven track record of success within the parcel, mail, express sector.

A confident and enthusiastic personality, with an ambitious and forward-thinking attitude.

Commercially minded with excellent business acumen.

A quick learner, who is inquisitive and willing to proactively get stuck in.

The ability to follow instructions and use your initiative to make logical decisions.

Meticulous, precise attention to detail, with a desire to get things right the first time.

Good mathematical skills and demonstrable confidence with numbers.

Confident and proficient skills in the use of MS Office and using mobile technology in the field.

Excellent communication skills and be extremely personable, polite and professional.

Good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Process driven and able to manage projects as required.

A team player able to fit in with our clients company culture.

A clean (maximum of 3 points) Full UK driving licence.
