About this position

Vidu are working on an extremely exciting assignment on behalf of a market leading Supply Chain Consultancy, in the search for a number of highly trained CargoWise Consultants to join their growing activity as Wise Service Partner.

Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to carry out the initial search process.

Vidu’s dedicated Consultants will be your first point of contact when applying for these roles.

These positions involve managing and delivering CargoWise implementation projects.

You will be responsible for building a realistic implementation road map that takes the customers challenges into account in addition to training the Operations staff and delivering the project in accordance with the objectives and deadlines defined by the customer.

The Role:

Build a valuable and realistic implementation roadmap based on the customer’s constraints and the available resources to deliver the project.

Manage the project with all stakeholders.

Build the to-be functional operations model in CargoWise with customer’s teams.

Coordinate the execution of all technical requirements with the Wise Technical Partner associated to the project.

Proactively and positively communicate with all stakeholders of the project.

Identify any critical issue or potential delay that may have an impact on the project delivery objectives.

Train the customer’s users to CargoWiseOne.

Identify possible continuous improvement initiatives using several methods including WiseTech’s Health Check Program.

Skills and experience required

Certified CargoWise Professional.

2+ years experience within a freight forwarder as Import or Export Operations Executive (preferable)

Highly motivated and energetic approach.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to understand stakeholder needs and train operational staff.

Proven CargoWise successful implementation experience, with a track record of projects delivered on time.

Result driven.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Experience working with Project Management Softwares.
