Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for an Executive PA & Senior Sales Administrator on behalf of a rapidly growing, technology focused logistics business.

The role is paying circa £28,000 – £30,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) plus package and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to carry out the initial search.

Scope of the Role:

Reporting directly into the Group Sales & Marketing Manager your role will be integral in assisting with the administrative sales process, including back up support to a field-based sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as internal liaison in the office for all field-based personnel, providing support through data provision.

Acting as support to the Sales department in helping to maintain & improve the quality of Salesforce information with the CRM and reporting to the GSD.

Using Salesforce to produce a variety of reports and information in formats including Excel & PowerPoint.

Acting as support to the Business in producing, tenders, customer communication templates, etc in both the Salesforce & Sales Engine systems.

Acting as support to the Business in keeping track of sales targets, commissions & other general tasks.

Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

Diary management of the CEO, COO, GSD, including emails, diarising meetings and location planning.

Email and timeline response management for Exec information requests.

Maintaining and update sales and customer records.

Staying up-to-date with new products and features.

Management of Customer Contracts including liaising with Legal team.

Booking events and conferencing.

Skills and experience required

Salesforce experience is essential.

Good working knowledge of outlook email and diary management.

Professional approach to dealing with customers and staff.

Excellent telephone manner.

Good organisational skills.

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Highly organised, with a proactive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving.

Commercially minded with excellent business acumen.

Excellent communication skills, personable, polite and professional.

The ability to use your own initiative to make logical decisions and find solutions.

Meticulous, precise attention to detail, with a desire to get things right the first time.

A professional and customer focussed approach.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat are essential.
