Vidu are working on a super exciting opportunity for one of the worlds most renowned retailers.

Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to carry out the initial search process.

Vidu’s team of dedicated consultants will be your first point of contact when applying for this role.

Reporting directly into the UK Sales Director this appointment will be a pivotal one for our client. You will be a key part of a growing global sales team that provides best in class solutions to their clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and achieving profitable growth in addition to developing key relationships with senior individuals.

You must thrive in an autonomous role and relish the opportunity to look for new ways to create value to our client and their team.


You will be responsible for the strategic lead of client relationships and driving the success and delivery of creative solutions.

Managing, coaching and developing your team, leading by example and leading strategic proposals.

Cultivating a continuos improvement culture, identifying opportunities to add value through innovation and technology.

Represent our client with a high level of integrity and knowledge and act as a resource and point of contact for your clients.

Manage existing and develop new relationships with clients.

Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and implement sales strategies and products, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Skills and experience required

Previous experience as an Account Director within the Retail/Logistics sector.

A minimum of 7 years as a sales professional with a proven track record of Account Management and growth.

Ability to detect and understand trends in customers business and industry.

Thorough understanding of how sales works in a multinational global business environment.

A proven track record of leading, mentoring and developing teams.

Proven strength in strategy, budgeting and execution.

Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.

Passionate about delivery and thrive on managing large complex accounts.

Have a very strategic vision.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Fluent in English.

Must be able to travel globally.
