£70,000-£80,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) plus car allowance, uncapped commission structure, benefits package and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

Your Mission:
As Head of Sales you will be responsible for the management of the sales team based in our clients East Midlands office, in addition to achieving an individual sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team within your region.
Meet and exceed New Business Revenue / Profit Target both individually and as a team.
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and customer engagement strategies for named and new key accounts.
Forecast accurately by documenting all activity and stage progression into the CRM.
Be deeply involved with sales processes and metrics to drive revenue attainment.
Work in partnership with Customer Services to ensure complete customer satisfaction for your Client Portfolio.
Take full responsibility for the effective implementation of new clients.
Take full responsible for exceeding sales targets in both revenue and profit.
Meet set KPI’s.
Contribute to the business intelligence on competitor activity that compete with our clients product portfolio.
Ability to manage and motivate a high performing, hungry, driven sales team.
Previous experience managing teams in the logistics sector is essential.
Proven track record of managing an existing client portfolio whilst successfully achieving a new business revenue target of circa £5m per annum.
Target driven and experience of achieving and exceeding stretching portfolio targets.
Ability to understand financial, commercial and customer driven targets and objectives.
Confidence and experience in negotiating at a senior level.
High Level Tender Response Experience.
