Mission:

Reporting directly into the Head of Implementation you will be responsible for the overall management of new and existing client implementations across several European countries. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from project initiation through to go-live and post implementation review.

You will operate cross-functionally working closely with Operations, Technology, Client Services and Finance teams and serve as a central point of contact to provide structure and transparency, in addition to identifying risks and challenges to minimise any delays in the onboarding of new clients.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead new client implementations across countries by acting as European project co-ordinator in line with agreed scope and timescales from project initiation through Post Implementation.

Ensure work tasks are completed by the relevant functions to ensure successful delivery.

Act as central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide internal/external reporting, i.e. transparency regarding the current project status compared to agreed timelines.

Identify/document risks and challenges, and work with local stakeholders to identify solutions that minimise delays to the go-live date.

Create and maintain all required project documentation and requirements for each implementation and manage through CRM and MS Teams.

Skills and experience required

3+ years’ experience in project management & implementation in logistics, supplychain or transportation.

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on a standard set of processes.

Proven track record in coordinating cross functional resource.

Excellent client relationship building skills.

Proven ability to manage several projects at a time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Familiar with commercial software covering CRM, ERP, Financials, WMS, and TMS.

Familiar with managing testing and training activities for implementations.

Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Second language would be desirable but not essential.
