Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for an Inside Sales Executive on behalf of a rapidly growing, extremely innovative eCommerce distribution business. Our client are looking for an experienced and motivated inside sales representative to join their UK sales team. The role is to source, contact and sell our clients services to e-commerce customers looking to enter or grow in the MENA market.
This role is home based role and a unique opportunity for you to progress to external sales.
If you have upwards of 3 years’ experience in B2B telesales, appointment setting or inside sales, and you like the sound of joining a fast paced, forward-thinking company where you can progress and develop your career based on the value you add as opposed to the length of time you have been with the business, this opportunity will be right up your street.
Basic salary is £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience) plus a KPI related uncapped bonus structure, in addition to quarterly bonuses, package, and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to commence the initial search.

Your Mission:
You will proactively identify and prioritise leads to gain and develop customer revenue and to expand the customer base in the UK.
Support field sales with a minimum of 3 verified sales leads a week.
Educate on potential customers and promote new products and services as they are made available.
Keep up-to-date with Market trends and to know how and when to apply them to generate sales.
Create engaging and relevant quotes and presentations.
Maintain a database and follow up on Customer queries.
Produce reports and provide market insight.
On-board customers including but not exclusively with contracts, account set, IT integration and first posting and customs requirements.
Any other duties responsibilities as requested/assigned by the line management dependent on the needs and development of the business.
3 years + telesales or inside sales experience in the Cross border e-commerce industry.
A door opener, with the ability to provide a consultative sales approach.
The ability to research potential customers and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
The ability to listen to, understand, and address individual customer needs and concerns.
Experience in using CRM systems and pipeline management.
Organised and motivate to work both alone and as part of worldwide team.
The role is remote, but you may be required to travel in the UK and Worldwide from time to time to participate in face to face events.
An understanding of customs terminology and requirements would be desirable.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English (mandatory)
