Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for an International Ecommerce Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing, extremely innovative parcel delivery company. Ideally this role will be office based but there is the option of hybrid working.

Your Mission:

Work with the Ecommerce and Marketing team to deliver the International C2C/SME platform strategy.

Develop tactical and long term sales and marketing activity to enable fast growth and market share on internal + external websites/platforms.

Site experience: work with Ecommerce and Marketing to ensure optimal site experience for International customers.

Sales: deliver calendar of campaigns to key markets, be proactive to sales performance with ideas to boost volume, test shipping promotions, and be able to analyse and evaluate the results; implement performance plans.

Work with Ecommerce team & external partners on functionality improvements, local payment methods, competitive shipping options and aftercare services (e.g. DDU/DDP options, Cash on delivery, redirect options)

CX experience: work with Ecommerce and internal customer services team to ensure best in class CX experience.

Retention & Repeat: work with Ecommerce team on aligning channels with sales activity, re-marketing/re-targeting, personalisation, and customer retention strategy including email and direct mail (C2C/BA/SME)

Produce regular metric reporting against key digital KPIs including traffic, conversion, Demand, etc, to identify what’s working and what’s not for ongoing optimisation.

Forecasting KPIs for Revenue and margin.

Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure all are delivering against key performance indicators.

Develop processes and systems across the business to ensure a continuous improvement mindset and application.

Liaise with all internal teams on new launches and activity.

Define and deliver processes to ensure coherent usage of data (e.g. SME conversion from website to direct integration)

Provide insights into all Ecommerce and digital touch points not limited to onsite activity and UX, but also customer service delivery, payment options etc.

Skills and experience required

Strong Ecommerce expertise is essential.

A passion for Ecommerce and Logistics.

Good knowledge of digital marketing.

Strong numeric and Excel skills; ability to analyse and interpret data, easily identifying issues and trends; details orientated.

Confident and articulate communicator, able to build strong & effective relationships.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic, can plan and prioritise effectively; great time-management skills with the ability to multitask.

Active team player; people management experience.
