Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a lead generator/telesales individual, on behalf of a rapidly growing eCommerce distribution business. You will be based out of their Head office in Hounslow and have the option to work from home 1 day a week.
If you have upwards of 8 months experience in lead generation or telesales, and you like the sound of progressing your career towards external sales in the next 18-24 months, this role will be right up your street!

£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) plus bonus structure, package and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
Your Mission:
As Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, generating and handing over leads qualified leads to the sales team.
This role requires a basic understanding of the logistics industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Leads:
Conduct market research input and provide to marketeer to identify potential clients in the logistics sector. Utilise business directories, web searches, and digital resources to find new leads.
Qualify Leads:
Assess and qualify leads based on specific business criteria. Ensure leads meet the company’s target audience and are likely to convert into sales.
Lead Generation Campaigns:
Develop and implement lead generation campaigns using various marketing channels, together with the marketing manager, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Follow up, chase, and hand over for conversion.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and pipeline information. Track and document all lead generation activities and results.
Outbound Communications:
Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outbound communications to engage potential clients and nurture their interest in our clients services.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with the overall business goals. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and adjust strategies as needed.
12 months+ experience in lead generation or telesales in the logistics industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively convey information to potential clients and build relationships.
Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and campaign performance.
Ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in social media platforms and social selling techniques to engage with potential clients.
Customer Targeting: Ability to segment and target potential clients based on their interest and needs.
Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be desirable but not essential.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
