Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for 2 Live Operations Coordinators to be based out of London, on behalf of a fast-growing tech start-up, who would love you to join them their quest in creating the best and most sustainable delivery experience. They are on a mission to make cities greener and healthier, powered by their sophisticated technology platform and crowd-sourced community of couriers. They currently have offices in London, Paris, and Stockholm, and have ambitious expansion and growth plans.

They are looking for new confident members to join their Operations team. As a Live Operations Coordinator member, your shifts will vary through weekends and weekdays,

Our team of dedicated consultants will be your first point of contact when applying for these roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the live daily operations team, acting as the first point of contact for the live support team.

Work closely with our client’s customer service, community coordinator, planner lead and live support team.

Identify areas for operational improvements based on your insights, operational understanding and courier feedback.

Meeting supply and demand – working with the Planner lead and community coordinator to ensure our client have enough couriers in the right place at the right time.

Issue reporting and advanced excel spreadsheets.

Confident in making real-time decisions to mitigate risk and service disruption.

Make sure that live operations are meeting daily KPI targets.

Working closely with Relationship Management to understand client requirements & adapting the daily operations to satisfy clients’ needs.

Skills and experience required

2+ years experience in the express logistics/courier space or with a high growth, fast-paced tech delivery start-up or scaleup.

Ability to deal with a rapidly changing environment.

Solutions-orientated.

Interested and forward-thinking – curious, thoughtful and confident in questioning the status-quo.

You enjoy collaborating and don’t shy away from working with different types of stakeholders.
