About this position

Vidu are working on a super assignment in the search for a Marketing Campaign Manager on behalf of an extremely innovative, technology driven logistics business. Our client has significant growth plans in place for 2022 and beyond and as a result, they are now looking for future marketing talent to join their Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager and support business growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop awareness campaigns across Europe in key geographies.

Build and refine lead generation campaigns to support the sales teams.

Develop lead-nurture campaigns.

Influence the content plan and generate content to support campaigns.

Develop marketing assets such as video, infographics etc as required to support campaigns.

Manage communications to prospects and clients using Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot.

Manage campaigns within budget.

Manage relationships with agencies and third parties.

Manage virtual and physical events.

Adhere to and enforce brand, messaging and tone of voice guidelines.

MarTech
Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing.

Manage the data within CRM, including data clean-ups and creation of marketing lists for all touchpoints.

Manage the implementation of new sales and marketing systems within our clients CRM to improve the data / information that they have accessible to them.

Manage our clients Marketing Automation platform, Hubspot.

Manage intent platform and help drive sales engagement.

Create marketing dashboard with ongoing marketing reporting, with insights/ recommendations on how to improve campaigns.

Update website content regularly and as required using WordPress.

Support SEO strategy in a day-to-day capacity.

You will have a flexible approach and will be willing to get involved in day-to-day marketing activities such as:

Proof reading of latest content.

The purchase of other marketing assets e.g. promotional items, signage, furniture, business cards etc.

Event management.

Managing / owning various internal projects.

Involvement in the social aspects of the company – promoting our clients culture, supporting The People Team events etc.

Other ad-hoc activities, as required.

Skills and experience required

3-5 years of experience in marketing and in developing lead generation campaigns specifically within the logistics sector.

English speaking and fluent in German or Spanish.

Experience of using a marketing automation platform (Hubspot training will be provided if required)

Copy writing skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Manage multiple priorities at any time.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Be able to challenge the status quo.

Nice to have:

InDesign experience.
Intent platform experience.
Powerpoint experience.
