About this position

Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a Marketing Campaigns Manager with a proven track record analysing marketing and campaign data ,on behalf of a rapidly growing, extremely innovative logistics business.

We have flexibility to £45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) plus there is a package on offer and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to commence the initial search.

Scope of the Role:

Your duties will combine strategy with execution. The primary focus will be developing and managing clients and prospect funnel through the delivery of multi-channel communications campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Development, implementation and analysis of awareness campaigns across Europe in key geographies.

Management of the campaigns budget.

Manage relationships with associated agencies and third parties.

Adhere to and enforce our clients brand, messaging and tone of voice guidelines.
This will include activities such as:-
Building and refining our clients lead generation campaigns to support organic growth.

Development of lead-nurture campaigns.

Mapping the marketing funnel and user journey.

Implementing new email marketing campaigns, targeting key person types and users at each stage of the user journey; including use of automation tools.

Supporting with content creation (such as blogs, video, infographics) and deploying them successfully across a range of channels (e.g. email, web, social media, virtual events).

Using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to report on and analyse campaigns.

Management of all MarTech platforms (see below)

Management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing.
Manage the data within CRM, including data clean-ups and creation of marketing lists for all touchpoints.
Manage the implementation of new sales and marketing systems within our clients CRM to improve the data / information that they have accessible to them.
Management of our clients Marketing Automation platform, Hubspot.
Management of intent platform to help drive sales engagement.
Update website content regularly and as required using WordPress.
Support SEO strategy in a day-to-day capacity.

Skills and experience required

3-5 years of experience in marketing, minimum 2 years in a campaigns role.

English speaking.

Fluent in German or Spanish would be really advantageous.

Experience of using a marketing automation platform (Hubspot training will be provided if required)

A creative and technical understanding of PPC and SEO campaigns is also desirable.

A flexible approach with a willingness to get involved in a range of day-to-day marketing activities, as required.

InDesign experience.

Intent platform experience.

Powerpoint experience.
