Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a National Business Development Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing e-commerce logistics provider.

Our client have developed an industry-pioneering digital platform for shipping products cross-border. Their advanced digital solution offers a complete package for handling e-commerce shipments.

Your Mission:

You will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to generate new Cross border business opportunities. You will be focused, have strong communication skills and be very much a solution seller.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities where deal sizes exceed £100K annually.

Produce regular sales reports and pipeline activity reports via CRM.

Strategically identify new sectors/opportunities to sell into.

Sustain and develop a healthy pipeline.

Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.

Promote new products and services as they are made available.

Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business.

Skills and experience required

Experience selling B2C delivery and returns solutions in the eCommerce, Courier, fulfilment and mail/postal sector, Internationally or domestically.

+2 years’ prior industry related business development experience, specifically in the B2C eCommerce logistics space.

Consultative selling style with the ability to create innovative solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good verbal, written and numerical skills.

Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office.

Excellent relationship management and development skills.

Focused, goal-oriented and competitive.

Can do and go getter attitude.

Driving licence.
