Vidu are working on a super exciting in the search for a Network Sales & Operations, on behalf of a rapidly growing, super agile and forward thinking logistics business.
Our client house one of the world’s largest networks of retail-based service centres, operating as a third-party service provider of shipping, logistics, printing and marketing solutions to small and medium enterprises and consumers.
This role would be suited to a sales, business development or commercial professional, or someone who has experience of sales coaching or leadership coaching, who likes the sounds of moving away from hard core sales and assisting others to get their revenue to the next level!
£40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) plus £6,000 per year car allowance, package and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
Your Mission:
Providing support to the Franchise network in the way of day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors adopted company’s core values, short and long term plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide to the Franchise network day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors adopted company’s core values and short and long term plans.
Sales:
Support assigned Stores with Sales coaching & Sales prospecting throughout the whole sales process (finding leads, first contact, follow up, getting a meeting and closing deal)
Define type B2B activities (existing and potential) which can benefit the centre and add incremental sales.
Establish the business objectives of the Franchisees by reviewing targets and monitoring the P&L of the Franchisees monthly, in order to increase profitability.
Analyse and monitor sales and market data to ensure that the centres are appropriately addressing their efforts towards the established targets.
Support the roll out of their in house core platform and CRM system to equip the franchisee’s with the right tool to sell to Businesses.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to launch new service/products, monitoring KPIs and revenues growth.
Coach and mentor Franchisees to grow revenue streams, secure new contracts and customers increase sales.
Operations:
Support with operational advice and practical assistance.
Carry out an annual store visit plan in order to support the network in terms of operational and sales activities tasks with direct presence throughout the assigned area, with appropriate follow up actions and visit reports.
Develop relationships with all departments in order to demonstrate a coaching/motivating approach to the Franchisee’s.
Address operational challenges related to the services back to commercial partners and relevant managers.
Carry out Business Quality Assessments to assigned Centres.
Assist the franchisee’s to achieve compliance and advise where required.
Experience in a sales, business development, commercial or coaching/leadership role, with a clear track record of managing direct or indirect sales teams or networks.
BA degree in Sales, business, Marketing or a related field would be desirable.
People-driven attitude and team orientation with ability to nurture team spirit.
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually beneficial relationships.
Strategic thinking and business acumen – understanding markets, trends and competition; ability to be critically selective of what data to source and develop.
Good working knowledge use of Excel and MS Office.
Exceptional project management skills; ability to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high quality and timely results.
Innovation attitude: thinking outside of the box, introducing new solutions and new processes to enable the franchisees to become more productive.
Good time management and effective communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate.
Available to travel on average 3 days a week.
