Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for an Onboarding Carrier Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing eCommerce distribution business.

Scope of the Role:

You will be responsible for managing and defining relationships with our clients Carriers and Partners and for developing best in class delivery and return propositions and processes, helping to evaluate a long-term strategy for the delivery of Customer success solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to day management of relationships with Carriers and Partners.

Production and analysis of scheduled ad-hoc reporting from CMS.

Ensuring all service levels are achieved and that you are driving the day to day operations.

Support in delivering Propositions and leading implementations in the UK, Europe and Internationally.

Setting up new carrier services and developing and enhancing new solutions for Carriers and Partners.

Pro-active SLA and KPI monitoring and management.

Set up new Carrier services on CMS.

On going networking to ensure you are sourcing the best choice of deliveries and returns for our clients customers.

Conducting regular Carrier reviews, managing performance and taking actions to improve service to the customer alongside looking to identify new opportunities.

Work closely with Internal teams to ensure optimised solutions.

Manage Carriers to ensure they deliver within contractual parameters.

Create and develop reporting tools for Carrier Analysis and Management.

Skills and experience required

Experience of the UK, Europe and International Carrier Market.

In depth experience working with eCommerce delivery management software.

Understanding of cross border propositions and processes.

Good knowledge of eCommerce operations.

Excellent financial and analytical skills.

Experienced presenting at board level.

Customer focused with an innovative mindset.

Reactive to change and a flexible working approach.

Previous experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

The ability to work autonomously in addition to being a great team player.

Strong working knowledge of Office Apps in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
