Vidu are working on a super exciting opportunity in the search for a Pricing Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing eCommerce distribution business. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Hounslow with the team.

Within this role you will work alongside a fantastic CFO and have the opportunity to be part of an international brand with the autonomy to make changes within the UK entity, in addition to developing your commercial acumen by being involved in several high-profile projects.

Your Mission:

As the Pricing Manager, you will lead the commercial team, developing strategies and applying them to deliver the best solutions at the right prices for customers.

You will be hands-on in managing the stock/cash working capital positions, as well as ensuring alignment with core values in everything they do with a total focus on customers at all times.

Reporting to the Pricing Manager, your role will be to provide efficient and effective Commercial support within a team environment and play an active role in ensuring ongoing business continuity requirements are maintained.

Key Activities:

Work with existing Excel based tools to support the commercial function of the business.

Ensure costs used for commercial analysis are accurate, well organised and up to date.

Create Sell Tariffs for Customers.

Manage Cost-of-Sale rates.

Maintain CoS and Pricing within in-house 
software.

Assist with impact analysis on margins based on 
scenario modelling using different variables (i.e. FX rates, revised costs, new delivery partners, variations to linehaul costs etc.)

Liaise with internal stakeholders and provide support to the wider business including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Follow instructions to effectively complete tasks.

Work continuously on a task until completion, 
researching solutions to problems.

Skills and experience required

Proven experience as a Pricing/Commercial Analyst or Pricing Manager ideally within Logistics or Ecommerce.

Excellent working knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel.

Organised and able to work on own initiative.

Highly numerical.

Ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a high level of diligence.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and problem solve.
