Your mission is to lead the creation and expansion of products that meet our clients growth ambitions. Our clients customers give them some of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the industry and they are building on this to propel their growth.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will manage products which have a variety of end-users; products used directly by customers, products used by our clients internal Logistics services teams and their API products used by customers/partners to connect with their services.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Develop a deep knowledge of the market and our clients customers to really understand the user needs.

Document clear requirements for their development teams.

Support and guide the agile development team to build the products our clients customers need.

Plan and execute the product roadmap through refinement and prioritisation of the product backlog to enable the largest growth opportunities.

Working across Marketing and Sales, you will be required to lead product launches and initiatives to grow revenues.

Train Sales and other teams to ensure they have the knowledge they need on new products.

Evolve and deliver on the product vision ensuring alignment with overall product and company strategy.

Work closely with our clients customers and customer-facing teams to develop close relationships and a reputation for adding value.

Skills and experience required

Two or more years of Product Manager experience in a B2B business.

Previous experience in Logistics, Supply chain, eCommerce. Warehouse Management, CRM, Order Management Systems or ERP would be highly advantageous.

A can-do attitude with a passion for product management and bringing new products to life is essential.

A proven track record of developing solutions within the B2B technology space which are scalable and repeatable.

You will be a strong stakeholder manager with an ability to quickly forge trusted working relationships with colleagues and business partners of all levels.

Highly skilled at prioritising and experienced working in an Agile environment, you are a trusted partner to your technical colleagues. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Data-driven with a commitment to process, you bring evidence-based decision-making.

Persuasive and influential, able to deal with resistance to change and reach an agreed way forward through negotiation.

Comfortable presenting to prospective clients and acting as the subject matter expert.

Interacts with colleagues, customers, partners and suppliers in a professional and polished manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to listen effectively and interact at all levels within the organisation.

Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
