Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a Project & Integration Coordinator on behalf of a rapidly growing, extremely innovative eCommerce distribution business.
Circa £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) plus package and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
The role is hybrid with one day a week to be spent at our clients head office in Middlesex.
Our client has engaged with Vidu VIP to commence the initial search.

Your Mission:
As Projects & Integration Coordinator you will join our clients EMEA Integration team and play a key role in onboarding new customers, providing technical expertise and support to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordination of customer and 3rd party integrations
Local Admin & Internal technical support for our clients systems
Maintain local documentation for internal and external use
Assist in analysis and testing of our clients development projects
Project management
Liaise with EMEA’s Commercial and Operations teams
Candidates must be educated to an A-level (or similar) standard in a relevant subject although computer science/IT related degrees are preferred.
Previous experience working in a customer facing role and working knowledge of:
At least one high level programming language (eg. Python, Java)
MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Writing simple documentation or user guides for end users
Project management – An advanced understanding of:
Use of APIs
Structured and semi-structured data (eg. xml)
Software testing
International E-Commerce logistics and associated systems
E-commerce platforms
Orders and Warehouse Management software
Label and EDI production
Excellent standards of written and spoken English are essential. Additional languages could be an advantage.
Experience or knowledge in Software development.
Excel VBA, Data Protection regulations would be beneficial.
