If you are a Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Leader with upwards of 3/4 years experience of recruiting mid to senior level hires, looking for more autonomy and the opportunity to build your own team and to be part of a buy out in 3 years, these roles will be definitely of interest to you.

These positions would be ideally suited to Consultants that have been thinking about potentially setting up their own business but don’t have the finances or commercial knowledge to do so. Our client have a very clear growth plan and strategy for scaling up this business and are excited to initially arrange some informal meetings, to talk you through their journey to date, and the exciting plans that lay ahead.

Skills and experience required

It’s imperative you have 3/4 years experience within the Recruitment Industry.

You are a specialist recruiter in your chosen sector.

You have worked retained assignments in addition to contingent.

You have a proven track record of billing in excess of £180,000 per annum.

You have the ability to lead from the front and a desire to make a real difference.
