About this position

Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for an English and French speaking Analyst on behalf of a rapidly growing, super tech focused, eCommerce distribution business based in the South East of England.

You will be based 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week from home.

Your Mission:

Working closely with the Head of Carrier Management, you will play an integral role in the performance and data analysis of our client’s final mile suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the performance of the retail courier services in a specific region, identifying areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.

Forecast volumes through the network and predicted delivery times.

Create and manage end-to-end inter depot’s movements.

Assist the Department on different subjects, covering tasks during holiday’s or absences as and when needed.

Create and implement improvement performance plans when and where applicable.

Liaise with the in-country managers to assess performance, queries and exceptions.

Perform any other related tasks as required.

Skills and experience required

Bilingual – English and French (Essential)

2+ years’ experience in the logistics/ecommerce industry (Essential)

It’s imperative you have Intermediate Excel skills – including V look up, Pivot Tables and manipulation of data.

Experience of Data and trend analysis.
