Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a number of Telesales Executives on behalf of a rapidly growing, extremely innovative eCommerce distribution business.

These are unique opportunities to join a company looking to grow their Indoor Sales Team and who believe their future New Business Managers should come from within, therefore there are excellent opportunities for you to progress to external sales with these roles.

If you have upwards of 12 months experience in B2B telesales and/or appointment setting, and you like the sound of joining a fast paced, forward thinking company where you can progress and develop your career based on the value you add, as opposed to the length of time you have been with the business, these opportunities will be right up your street.

Basic salary is £22,000 – £24,000 (dependent on experience) with uncapped OTE of around £35,000 based on a number of KPI’s, in addition to quarterly bonuses and other amazing incentives.

Scope of the Role:

The purpose of these roles within the Indoor Sales Team is to support the New Business Team. You will be responsible for sourcing ecommerce leads through online platforms, calling businesses and introducing our clients business. You will profile a company in order to understand if our client can offer a suitable solution for their postage needs, if the answer is yes, you will book an appointment for one of their Business Managers to attend.

Ideally you will have a proven track record achieving a dial out rate of 50-60 calls per day. The ability to generate appointments would be preferred however not essential as full training will be given by the Indoor Sales Manager with regular coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve the individual appointment targets as set by the Head of Inside Sales.

Working with both lead data and CRM (Salesforce) data to achieve the weekly call target.

Updating CRM (Salesforce).

Diary management.

Working directly with The Business Managers team to achieve new business target.

Skills and experience required

12 months plus experience in an appointment setting or telesales role, ideally within parcels but not essential.

B2B Telephone calls.

Sales: 1 year (preferred)

A motivated self-starter.

Ambitious and confident.

Fast paced and eager to learn.

Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is desired but not essential.

Personable and polite and adaptable to change.

Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal.

Driving license would be preferable but not essential.
