40,000 – 50,000 euros basic salary (dependent on experience and inclusive of pension contribution) 26 days holiday plus statutory with the option to buy a further 5 days, and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

Your Mission:
Reporting directly to the Manager of Operations your role will be to represent our client in the Netherlands, providing an efficient and effective operational focus within a team environment and playing an active role in best in class quality operational processes.
You will ensure all activities within the transport function are carried out to the highest standard with regards to Health and Safety, the wellbeing of all employees, customers and members of the public, in accordance with legislation and our clients environmental and health and safety policies.
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities:
Manage the existing European linehaul network.
Administrate all transport movements.
Organise ad hoc collections all over Europe.
Challenge new suppliers to come up with better rates, better solutions.
Assist the Operations Manager with administrations.
Minimum 2 years experience working in a transport or logistics function.
Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
Excellent customer management and organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft office.
Fluent in English.
Big sense of humour.
Ability to be reactive to change.
