Vidu are working on a super exciting assignment in the search for a Warehouse Process Engineer on behalf of a leading Supply Chain Management company based in the Netherlands.

Scope of the role:
Reporting into the Operations Manager, this is a key role within our clients business. You will be responsible for the introduction and maintenance of efficient processes to enable smooth operations and the execution of customer requirements.
You will be expected to adhere to company standards, applying best practices whilst utilising available systems and technology.
You will be required to ensure on time execution of all assigned tasks and have an inquisitive nature, continually searching for innovative solutions and proposing cost saving improvements.
Responsibilities:
Process mapping.
Process descriptions and strong documentation.
Time study, proposing standards.
Support of productivity and operational efficiency.
Proposing Process improvements.
Proposing changes in manipulation and warehouse equipment.
Participate during budget creation and ROI calculation.
Participate on implementation of new logistics/warehouse flows and key changes.
Participate on new projects and Process optimisation activities.
Participate on Metrics definitions (KPI)
Consultation and close cooperation with Users and System specialists.
Cooperation on BRD (Business requirement documents)
Documentation of implemented changes.
Prepare Work Instruction for Users.
Participate on User training and mentoring.
Maintain Knowledge base and share with Process & System team.
Key role during new Process deployments.
Preparation of technical documentation.
5S support in operations.
Watch industry trends and standards.

Value of Costs Saving proposals.

ISO Audit Scoring.
Customer Audit Scoring.
Previous experience in Warehouse Management is essential along with Process and Project Management experience (You must be able to demonstrate your experience of participating in projects)
Previous experience in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Demonstrated results in process improvements.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressured environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English language: Advanced.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Advanced Microsoft Office.
