Throughout the last 2 years of introducing Vidu to the Logistics industry, I have met with some of the largest organisations across the world. In every single meeting, something leads me to remember exactly why I embarked on this journey.

I created Vidu Video Recruitment to revolutionise the hiring process within Logistics. Having been privy to how businesses were operating, it was clear to me that significant time, effort and resource was being wasted pouring over templated CVs, ‘copy-and-paste’ cover letters and outdated application systems.

In an industry that relies on innovation and development, it struck me as odd that recruitment processes hadn’t moved with the times. I knew what it took to find great staff, and it bothered me that social software wasn’t being utilised in a way to help recruiters and businesses do the same.

In developing our platform, we have created a resource that businesses can use to look behind a CV and truly see who a candidate is before a first interview, therefore streamlining the hiring process and creating time efficiencies that were missing before.

Recruitment can often get a bad rep… but I truly believe what it comes down to is finding the RIGHT person for the RIGHT role. Through our three core employer packages, and a team of dedicated senior consultants, I have been able to offer this service to all Logistics companies globally, on whatever scale they require.
