We (Vidu Video Recruitment Ltd.) shall provide you (the user) with the following services (Services):
Website
In consideration for your Subscription Fees we shall provide you will an employer account (Employer Account) on our website www.vidugroup.com (website).
Our website is a platform where individuals seeking employment (Candidates) are able to create ‘fully rounded’ profiles and upload content, including video content, in support of their applications for roles.
As the holder of an Employer Account, you will be able to:
- Upload jobs to be listed on our platform which is visible to Candidates.
- Screen Candidate profiles, review content and make short-lists.
- Receive contact from Applicants.
- Arrange to engage directly with Applicant.
As part of our services, we will provide you with our standard customer support services during normal business hours.
We shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the Services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for the following:
a) planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 10.00pm to 2.00am UK time; and
b) unscheduled maintenance.
VIP Service
Subscribers are also offered our VIP Services including headhunting and recruitment consultant services. These services involve us conducting a bespoke search for a specific role that you need to fill in your organisation. If you wish to engage us to provide VIP Services we will put together a package appropriate for your need which may include:
- The Services of a dedicated recruitment professional.
- Headhunt search.
- Drafting a job description for your role.
- Posting the role on our website and/or third party platforms/publications.
- Psychometric testing of Candidates.
- Initial interview with Candidates (online, telephone or face to face).
- Shortlisting.
